Accommodation is for arrival on Friday 28th September 1600 hrs to Monday 1st October, departure by 1000 hrs.
Agreed rates for the following types of accommodation have been arranged for the event as follows:
3 Night Stay
Standard self-catering £79 per person (unit price £316)- Silver self-catering £89 per person (unit price £356)
- Gold self-catering £104 per person (unit price £416)
- Please note these prices are based on a minimum of 4 people sharing one unit of accommodation. Find new friends to share with on our forum
Standard dinner, bed & breakfast £124 per person- Silver dinner, bed & breakfast £134 per person
- Silver Suite dinner, bed & breakfast £144 per person
- Gold apartment dinner, bed & breakfast £164 per person
- Please note this is based on a minimum of 2 adults sharing a unit of
accommodation. Find new friends to share with on our forum - There is a 50% surcharge for under occupancy
Shoreline Hotel – 3 Night Stay
Hooks Cabin – Room Only £327 per room- Columbus Quarters – Room Only £357 per room
- Nelsons Stateroom – Room Only £507 per room
- Prices are per room based on a minimum of 2 adults sharing
- All prices shown above include vat at the current rate.
Accommodation notes
All self-catering accommodation is on the basis of a minimum occupancy of 4 persons sharing an apartment at an agreed price per unit- All self catering guests will provide their own meals throughout their stay
- All dinner, bed and breakfast guests will have the following meals included in their package: Dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. No lunches on any day.
- All meals to be taken at agreed times in the agreed residential restaurants.
- All hotel rooms have maximum occupancy of two adults only.
- No towels or soap are provided in the accommodation except for Gold
and Hotel rooms. Please refer to our comparison chart for full details.
